The Victoria Hotel, a heritage property on Little Collins Street in the heart of Melbourne CBD, is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the Independent Collection by EVT. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across the bar, restaurant, room service, and events.

Ideal candidates have previous F&B; experience and knowledge of wine and cocktails (training provided).
