Family Centered Support Services seeks a Casual Team Member to support Children and Young People in Residential Out-of-Home Care across rural settings with a trauma-informed approach. You will assist with life skills, daily routines, and goals in a technology-reduced model of care.
You will participate in mandatory training, have a open 24-hour shift model, and access to on-call support and salary packaging within a Not-for-Profit framework. Salary is competitive with penalties and allowances.
