SOUQ is a up-to-date Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant in Leederville. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. About the role

Casual position offering approximately 38 hours per week
n
Evening shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch and dinner shifts from Thursday to Sunday.
n
Food preparation and cooking during busy services
n
Maintaining consistent presentation and food quality
n
Following food-safety, cleaning and kitchen procedures
n
Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
n
What we're looking for n

Previous experience working as a Chef or Cook in a busy restaurant
n
Solid food-preparation and cooking skills
n
Ability to remain organised during busy service periods
n
Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team
n
