Job Description
Latrobe City Council is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor in Morwell on a 30.4 hour per week fixed term basis. The role is hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office.

You will design and deliver learning programmes, support leadership development and create prospects for staff to grow and succeed across the organisation. Join a team focused on workforce capability, partnerships with education providers and meaningful development pathways.
