The Role
n We're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who thrives in a boutique firm environment. You'll manage a portfolio of clients across individuals, trusts, and companies, with responsibilities including:
n
Advising clients on business and tax matters
n
Managing multi-entity structures and complex client needs
n
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to our supportive culture
n
What We're Looking For
n
Minimum 5+ years in public practice (Australia)
n
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
n




Experience with Xero Practice Manager, Tax & Accounting preferred
n
Ability to work independently while being a team player
