Job Description
DigiCert Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the Customer Authentication and Customer Service functions in a 24x7 follow-the-sun setup. You will review applications, help customers meet security requirements and resolve issues to enable certificate issuance.

Fluent in English and Thai, you will collaborate with management and senior team members, answer inquiries via chat, email and phone, and contribute to customer satisfaction in a quick-paced, hybrid work setting.
