Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins and Holiday Inn Melbourne Bourke Street Mall are seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and deliver warm, personalised service across two iconic brands.
You will maintain the lobby and baggage areas, anticipate guests' needs, provide local recommendations, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless stay in Melbourne's vibrant CBD.
7 days a week rostering applies.
