Job Description
The Salvation Army in Townsville is seeking a Youth Case Manager to support young people and families affected by alcohol and other drug use. You will deliver case management, advocacy, and tailored plans within a trauma-informed framework across outreach and residential settings.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or degree in related fields and have at least two years of experience. You will collaborate across teams, maintain records, and ensure protected transport when needed.
