Bloom Hearing Specialists in Mansfield is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. You will work closely with customers, audiologists, and the team to ensure skilled, effective, and positive interactions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling tests, and guiding customers through devices and accessories while supporting marketing efforts. A minimum of 2 years in customer service and robust CRM skills are required.
