About the Role n
We are looking for a
Customer Service Officer
to join our Campbellfield team.
n
You will provide customer service and administration support, helping customers with enquiries, orders and deliveries.
n
This is a outstanding role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and working in a busy team workplace.
What You'll Do n

Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
n
Process customer orders and invoices
n
Follow up customer enquiries and orders
n
Book couriers and coordinate deliveries
n
Update customer details and records
n
Assist with general administration
n
Work with the team to keep orders moving smoothly

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
