n An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to lead the team at our newest Pizza Hut Australia restaurant in Lismore.
n
n As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in managing a restaurant in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and assume primary responsibility for the achievement of designated customer, profit, sales and employee training.
Key responsibilities
n
Lead and motivate the team to embody the Pizza Hut values and uphold the brand
n
Assist in the recruitment and training of team members
n
Collaborate with the restaurant support teams to grow sales in the business by executing all initiatives to a high standard and focusing on local store marketing
n
Achieve CHAMPS Standards within the restaurant by ensuring that all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations
n
Ensure compliance visits are consistently meeting standards.
n
Manage food quality and food cost to ensure that customers receive excellent product without impacting food cost
n
Report to the Restaurant General Manager any aspect of employee relations,



customer service, attendance of and/or inspections by third parties that have or are likely to affect the operation of the restaurant
n
Achieve consistent results through team management within an increasingly complex restaurant setting.
n
Approval of expenditure within the established guidelines
What we are looking for

Prior leadership experience in a quick-paced hospitality or retail setting.
n
The ability to understand and analyse sales figures
n
The ability to lead and motivate a team
n
Excellent communication and people skills
n
The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
n
Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
