St John of God Berwick is seeking a Night Duty Hospital Coordinator to lead hospital-wide operations during night shifts and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. You will oversee bed capacity, staffing, and resources, acting as a senior clinical resource across the hospital and collaborating with Nurse Managers.

The role is permanent part-time, 22.8 hours per week, with salary packaging, superannuation, and career development opportunities.
