Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, this is a rare opportunity to play a key leadership role in one of Melbourne's most exciting luxury lifestyle hotel destinations.

As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day performance of all food and beverage outlets, conferences and events operations.
