MMS is seeking a Workforce Data & Forecasting Lead in Australia’s Victoria region to turn data into trusted insights. You will forecast, model capacity, and shape planning across MMS and RemServ operations, guiding decisions on staffing, service delivery, and growth.

You’ll own forecasting methods, assumptions and capacity frameworks for contact centre and processing teams, elevating reporting standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable improvements,
