The Department of Defence, in partnership with the Royal Australian Air Force HQ Air Command, seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist to support Human Performance Optimisation. You will apply performance psychology to improve wellbeing, readiness and capability across Air Force personnel.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or related field, at least five years’ industry experience, and the ability to translate theory into practical solutions.
