Total Construction is seeking a Site Foreman to oversee commercial construction and fitout projects in Melbourne. You will manage trades on site, supervise safety procedures, monitor progress against the construction program, and lead a team to deliver quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates will hold a Carpentry or Building qualification, have 3–5 years in a similar role, interpret drawings, and demonstrate solid leadership and planning abilities across hectic site environments.
