Job Description
Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a Process Safety Engineer for the Lincoln, NE Oilseeds facilities. You will own the Total Process Safety program, drive compliance, and lead a diverse team from operations to leadership in transforming safety performance.

You will collaborate with the TPS Technology Team, conduct PHAs, lead incident investigations, and deliver TPS training across plant leadership. A robust background in PSM and cross‐functional project management is essential.
