Job Description
Lutheran Services is seeking a Senior Case Manager for the Empowering Family Connections program in Caboolture, QLD. This part time role contributes to delivering end-to-end case management for young people and families within a not-for-profit community services setting.

You'll work with Child Safety, Youth Justice, Health and Education partners to support home stability and life skills, including risk assessments and tailored support plans.
