Job Description
HammondCare in Recent South Wales is seeking a part time Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical Care & Practice Team, based in Horsley or Nowra.
You will assess client needs, set goals, and provide treatment and intervention in community, home visits, or clinic settings.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain AHPRA registration, travel between homes, and contribute to person-centred care aligned with HammondCare values.
