Job Description
The BUSY Group is seeking a dedicated Mentor for our Workforce Australia GEN Contract in Warwick.
You will provide pre-employment support, assess barriers, and guide customers toward sustainable employment or education.
The role involves coaching, budgeting, resume prep, and referrals to partners, located at our Warwick office, 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
Applicants should demonstrate plan development, robust communication, and computer literacy; Blue Card and Police Check eligibility is required.
