PRP Diagnostic Imaging in Blacktown is seeking a Casual Contact Centre Consultant to warmly handle inbound patient calls and book imaging procedures. You will accurately manage patient data across multiple systems, assist with pre-appointment preparation, and liaise with referring doctors and clinical teams.
