Ampol is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of the Commercial Fuels & Energy division’s Operating Model Transformation, a strategic multi-year program supporting the delivery of CFE's 2030 strategy.

Based in Alexand ria, Sydney on a 12-month max-term contract, this role will play a critical part in helping leaders and employees successfully navigate significant change across people, process, technology and ways of working.
