Develop is seeking an Underground Safety Trainer to join the Woodlawn team in Tarago, NSW. You will deliver induction and ongoing training for underground staff, perform competency assessments, and support the Safety Management System to ensure protected, compliant operations.

Required Cert IV in OSH and Training & Assessment, 2+ years in mining safety/training, and underground operation competencies. FIFO/DIDO or residential rosters available. Relocation assistance offered.
