You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely claiming under Support at Home and NDIS programs, contribute to funding reform initiatives and system transitions, and maintain revenue integrity. The role offers exposure to complex government-funded aged care and disability claiming processes, giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation’s operations during this important transition period.

Key experience required:

- Support at Home claiming experience
- NDIS claiming knowledge
- Homecare or aged care sector experience
- Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics F&O; proficiency
