Take ownership. Solve problems. Help us scale.

Endoca is a growing company operating within Australia’s regulated medicinal cannabis industry. With an expanding portfolio and ambitious plans for continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help strengthen and scale our growing Australian operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving business, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring important work gets completed properly and on time.

You will sit at the centre of our day-to-day operations, working across suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, distributors, pharmacies, clinics and internal teams.

Your focus will be operational execution: coordinating stock, supporting product launches, improving systems, resolving issues, maintaining accurate reporting and helping the business operate more efficiently.

We need someone who takes ownership, follows through and reduces the operational load on the leadership team.

The opportunity

As Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating the moving parts behind our Australian business.

You will oversee operational workflows from product planning and stock coordination through to distributor support, reporting and issue resolution. You will also identify where processes can be improved and take responsibility for implementing practical solutions.

The role will initially be broad and hands-on. As the business grows, there is an opportunity to build out the operations function, introduce stronger systems and take responsibility for increasingly significant projects.

Key responsibilities

Day-to-day operations

- Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the business.
- Act as a central point of contact between management, suppliers, warehouses, distributors and other external partners.
- Maintain visibility over priorities, deadlines, outstanding actions and operational risks.
- Take ownership of operational issues and coordinate them through to resolution.
- Ensure important tasks do not stall between teams or external partners.
- Support management with planning, reporting and the execution of key business initiatives.

Inventory and supply coordination

- Monitor inventory levels, product movement, stock availability and upcoming requirements.
- Assist with demand planning, purchasing and inventory forecasting.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers,

warehouses and distribution partners.
- Help manage stock transfers, deliveries, product availability and supply interruptions.
- Identify potential shortages, excess inventory or expiry risks early and elevate them appropriately.
- Provide management with clear and current inventory reporting.

Product launches and projects

- Coordinate operational timelines for new products and product launches.
- Track packaging, documentation, inventory, distribution and account-readiness requirements.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to keep launches on schedule.
- Coordinate product and SKU setup across relevant systems and distribution partners.
- Maintain project plans, action lists and launch-readiness reporting.
- Identify delays or dependencies early and develop practical solutions.
- Take ownership of operational projects from planning through to completion.

Distributor, pharmacy and clinic support

- Support the onboarding and setup of distributors, pharmacies, clinics and other commercial partners.
- Coordinate ordering, account setup, stock and supply-related enquiries.
- Ensure enquiries and operational problems are assigned, tracked and resolved promptly.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with external partners.
- Assist internal and external teams with accurate product availability and supply information.
- Identify recurring customer or distributor issues and improve the processes behind them.

Quality and regulatory coordination

- Work with regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance partners to ensure operational requirements are completed correctly.
- Help maintain accurate documentation and records within the company’s regulated operating environment.
- Support audits, corrective actions and document requests when required.

This position does not involve providing medical advice or making clinical judgements.

About you

You are an experienced and highly capable operator who enjoys creating order, solving problems and making sure things get done.

You are comfortable working in a growing business where priorities can change and not every process has already been built. When you identify a gap, you do not simply report it—you help develop and implement the solution.

You can manage detailed operational work while maintaining a clear view of the wider business. You communicate well, follow through consistently and can be trusted to take ownership without constant supervision.

Essential experience and capabilities

- Demonstrated experience working within the Australian medicinal cannabis industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian medicinal cannabis market and supply pathway.
- Previous experience in operations, supply chain, distribution, inventory management or a similarly execution-focused role.
- A practical understanding of how products move between suppliers, warehouses, distributors, pharmacies and clinics.
- Robust planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines and competing priorities.
- Strong spreadsheet, reporting and data-management capabilities.
- Experience using inventory, CRM, ERP or operational management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The confidence to work autonomously and take responsibility for outcomes.
- The ability to identify problems early and drive them through to resolution.
- The right to work in Australia.

Highly regarded

- Experience coordinating medicinal cannabis product launches.
- Experience with inventory forecasting, purchasing and demand planning.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical warehouses, distributors or third-party logistics providers.
- Knowledge of medicinal cannabis importation, GMP, TGA and controlled-substance requirements.
- Experience documenting procedures or implementing operational systems.
- Experience supporting quality, regulatory, complaint or product-return processes.
- Qualifications in operations, supply chain, business, pharmacy, science or a related discipline.

You will thrive here if you:

- Take genuine ownership of your responsibilities.
- Are naturally organised and enjoy keeping multiple moving parts under control.
- Follow through on commitments and close the loop.
- Are comfortable getting into the detail when required.
- Remain calm and methodical when problems arise.
- Communicate early when something may affect a deadline or business outcome.
- Enjoy improving systems and finding better ways of working.
- Can operate effectively without layers of management or unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Want your work to have a visible impact on a growing business.
- Are prepared to work hard and help build the operational foundations for continued growth.

What we offer

- A competitive salary based on experience.
- Performance-based incentives.
- The opportunity to take ownership of a broad operational function.
- The ability to influence the systems and processes used as the company grows.
- Career development into a more senior operational leadership position.
- A fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and strong execution are recognised.
