Strait Link is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Delivery Manager to lead strategic customer initiatives, drive continuous improvement and deliver robust customer and commercial outcomes. Reporting to the GM Logistics, you will lead cross-functional projects, oversee strategic account operational teams and manage our Customer Service function, including claims and pallet management.
