CEA is seeking an experienced Technical Capability and Quality Specialist to strengthen technical capability, consistency and quality across our national network. You will develop and deliver training, support diagnostics, and mentor apprentices while driving continuous improvement.

You will work directly with branch teams, OEMs and stakeholders, performing audits and creating documentation to raise standards and enable growth across the organization.
