Flex People Group is supporting a multi-site aged care provider in Melbourne to appoint a Senior Leader responsible for clinical governance, quality, compliance and operational performance.

You will lead secure, high-quality, resident-centred care and drive accreditation readiness while fostering a supportive, country-feel culture across sites. This 4-6 month contract may extend into a longer-term leadership role.
