The role partners with leaders and People & Culture teams to provide strategic IR advice across a complex workforce, influencing enterprise bargaining, dispute resolution and compliance matters.

Reporting to the National Industrial Relations Manager, you will lead and support negotiations, manage union relationships, and coach leaders on IR best practice while supporting tender
