St John of God Berwick Hospital in Berwick, VIC is seeking a Night Duty Hospital Coordinator for a permanent part time role (22.8 hours per week). You will lead hospital-wide operations during night duty, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and efficient bed management across wards.

Reporting to Nurse Managers, you will deploy staff, oversee resources, respond to emergencies, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced hospital environment.
