The role collaborates with BUILDXWISE, builder partners and sales channels to keep stock, pricing and contracts accurate, and to streamline the handover to builders at contract completion.

The role emphasises accurate data management, cross-functional coordination, and proactive contract execution support to ensure smooth settlements and stock delivery
