This role sits within the FP&A; function and focuses on delivering financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and strategic decision support to help drive sustainable outcomes.
Health Provider
Description
- Partner with stakeholders, providing commercial and financial advice to support decision-making and performance improvement.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term financial modelling activities.
- Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Prepare business cases, scenario modelling, investment evaluations, and strategic analysis to support key organisational initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.
Profile
- Proven experience in FP&A;, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting,
and financial analysis within a large and complex organisation.
- Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-finance leaders and provide commercial insights.
- Advanced financial modelling, business case development, and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP, budgeting, planning, or BI systems.
- CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion) with relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience within the Health sector
- Understanding of activity-based funding, costing methodologies, and reporting requirements.
