Property Manager - Northeast VIC & Southern NSW

This isn't a franchise office. This is something different.

Blink Property is the property management arm of a national property investment ecosystem built by property entrepreneur Nathan Birch.

We don't run a standard rent roll. We manage the investment properties of active property investors - clients who have purchased through our buyers agency, structured their finance through our mortgage broking arm, and now trust us to manage their assets.

We're now looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of our growing Northeast Victoria and Southern NSW portfolio .

And here's the point of difference - this is a genuine full-time work-from-home role. No daily commute to an office. No sitting at a desk simply because that's where you're expected to be.

You’ll work autonomously from home, ideally based in Shepparton or the surrounding region , while travelling to properties throughout Northeast Victoria and Southern NSW as required.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 40 residential properties and growing!

It's a manageable portfolio with room to grow, backed by a broader national property investment business.

You’ll manage the portfolio end-to-end from your home office, with travel throughout the region for inspections, property matters and other requirements when needed.

We're looking for someone who already knows property management and doesn't need to be micromanaged.

You’ll be trusted to manage your portfolio, organise your time and get the job done.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing an established residential portfolio across Northeast Victoria and Southern NSW
- Travelling throughout Shepparton, Northeast Victoria and Southern NSW as required
- Managing inspections, arrears, maintenance, lease renewals and general tenancy matters
- Providing high-quality service to our investor landlords and tenants




- Ensuring compliance with relevant Victorian and NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, trades and other stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving issues before they become bigger problems
- Contributing to the continued growth of the portfolio as properties enter the business through our investor network

About You

You're an experienced Property Manager who is organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Because you'll be working remotely, we're looking for someone who doesn't need someone standing over them to stay on top of their portfolio.

You’ll Ideally Bring

- Solid end-to-end Property Management experience
- A current Victorian Property Management/Real Estate licence or relevant certificate




- Strong working knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy requirements
- Willingness to obtain the relevant NSW qualification/licensing requirements - which we will support and put you through
- Experience using a major Property Management software platform
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Confidence managing your own workload and diary remotely
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to regularly travel throughout Northeast Victoria and Southern NSW
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship

Ideally, you'll be based in Shepparton or within reasonable travelling distance , given the geographical spread of the portfolio.
