Cardinia Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest for appointment as Independent Chairperson of the CEO Employment Matters Committee. The Chair will provide independent guidance on CEO employment, performance, remuneration and contract arrangements, and will facilitate meetings and ensure confidentiality.

The appointment is for two years with possible extensions; meetings are scheduled at least twice annually, with scope for additional sessions as needed.
