Sodexo Australia is seeking a Regional Cleaning Excellence Leader to drive continuous improvement of accommodation cleaning standards across the IFMS portfolio in NSW. The role focuses on in office leadership, onboarding, training, and governance to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

You will lead cleaning teams across sites, manage performance against KPIs, and collaborate with Administration and Operations teams to optimise processes while upholding health and safety standards.
