Mollymook Golf Club on the Recent South Wales south coast invites an experienced Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting mid-September .
You will report to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, supporting busy service while upholding food safety and training junior staff.
