Job Description
Unidex Healthcare in Queensland seeks a Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with physical, intellectual, neurological and psychosocial disabilities.
You'll work in participants' homes and community settings, promoting independence and assisting with daily living activities.
Role involves personal care, medication assistance and high-intensity support, with a focus on safety, dignity and team-oriented care within multidisciplinary teams.
