You will drive results through coaching Store Leaders and Sales Consultants, ensuring KPI targets, stock control, and exceptional customer care across a fast-paced retail network. You will cultivate a cooperative and inclusive workplace, manage stock replenishment, and report to the WA State Manager with regular performance feedback.
