Lloyd Recruitment Group in Brisbane is seeking a Fleet Supervisor/Delivery Experience Lead to oversee a large team of Delivery Professionals. The role is full time, with a Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2pm shift and a competitive salary of $90,000 plus super and a $15,000 car allowance.

You will drive onboarding, retention, performance reviews and safety compliance while identifying process improvements, reporting on budgets, and building strong team relationships.
