We are seeking an experienced and technically minded Technical Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth across the construction chemicals market. You will work closely with builders, contractors, applicators, architects and distributors to identify opportunities, provide technical product solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with contractors, builders, architects, applicators, and distributors.
- Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on project requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical presentations.
- Prepare proposals and project-specific solutions.
- Monitor construction projects and identify opportunities for product specification and supply.
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues and provide after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline activity.
- Achieve agreed sales, margin, and business development targets.

About you

- Experience in technical sales, building materials,



soundproofing, tile adhesives, grouts, sealers, waterproofing and repair products.
- Strong understanding of construction practices and project environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical product solutions.
- A proactive, commercially focused approach to sales and business development.
- Confidence dealing with customers at site, office, and senior management levels.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer and project sites.
