Mt Gravatt Community Centre Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Aged Care team as a Community RN Care Partner. You will provide clinical assessment, care planning and home-based nursing support for older people in their homes and community.

Working with clients, families and a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to clinical governance, quality reviews and continuous improvement while upholding person-centred, secure care and regulatory standards.
