As a Supervisor - Mobile Crushing, you will play a key role in the success of Rostrevor Group's operations. This is a full-time position based in Victoria and travel to work interstate when needed, you will be responsible for supervising a team of mobile crusher operators and ensuring efficient and safe operations.

What you'll be doing

- Supervise a team of mobile crusher operators and coordinate their daily activities
- Ensure all mobile crushing equipment is operated safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the mobile crushing operations
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during operations
- Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced team members
- Promote a positive and safety-focused work culture

What we're looking for

- Significant experience (5+ years) working as a Leading Hand or Supervisor in a mobile crushing environment
- Experience with mobile crushing equipment is preferred, however general mining supervision experience is also acceptable
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile crushing equipment and operations




- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team of operators
- Minimum experience supervising teams of 10 or more people is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
- Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to changing work environments
- Relevant qualifications in mining, engineering or a related field would be highly regarded
- Australian work rights are required for this position
