Territory Sales Representative - Musical Instruments | VIC, TAS & WA

This is a hands-on territory sales position combining account management, face-to-face selling and new-business development. You will take responsibility for an established customer base across VIC, TAS and WA while actively identifying opportunities to grow sales and develop new accounts. Based from the Melbourne Head Office, you'll represent a comprehensive portfolio of musical instruments and accessories, working directly with music retailers to strengthen existing relationships, develop new business and drive sales growth across your territory.

Key responsibilities

Managing and developing existing customer accounts across your territory

Building strong, long-term relationships with music retailers

Conducting regular face-to-face customer visits

Identifying and developing new business opportunities

Growing sales across our portfolio of instruments and accessories

Presenting and demonstrating products to customers

Supporting new product launches, promotions and sales initiatives

Planning and managing your territory effectively

Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth

Working closely with our Internal Sales, Purchasing and Management teams

About you

Proven experience in territory sales, account management or business development

Strong knowledge of musical instruments, accessories and the Australian music products industry





A demonstrated ability to develop existing accounts and generate new business

Strong face-to-face selling and presentation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a large sales territory

Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills

A commercial mindset with a focus on achieving sales growth

The ability to play and confidently demonstrate musical instruments

A willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory
