Paramadina is seeking Control Room Operators / Shift Leaders for our new waste recycling facility. You will monitor plant operations from the Control Room, coordinate in office operators, and lead shift teams to ensure safe and efficient production.

Mechanical or Chemical Engineering graduates are welcome; strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are valued. Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts and contribute to safety and continuous improvement.
