About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. You will work collaboratively with doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to provide safe, effective, and evidence-based care while promoting positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments, screening, and clinical observations.
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and professional standards.
- Support patient treatment plans and ongoing care management.
- Deliver patient education and health promotion activities.
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.




- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with AHPRA standards, privacy legislation, and organisational policies.

About You

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and patient focus
- Strong organisational and time management skills

Desirable

- Experience in primary healthcare, chronic disease management, telehealth, or care coordination
- Experience with electronic medical record systems
- Knowledge of Medicare and healthcare compliance requirements
