Leidos Australia is seeking an experienced End User Services skilled to deliver hands-on IT support across desktop, laptop, printer, telephony, and network services. You will collaborate across IT teams to ensure rapid issue resolution and maintain a reliable user environment.

The role requires strong diagnostic capabilities for hardware, software, and connectivity, plus the ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge. Australian citizenship and NV1 clearance are required.
