Tradewind Australia is recruiting an experienced Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessor for a 3-month locum contract across Victoria. This remote role involves completing community assessments and documentation from home while traveling to client sites in South-Eastern Melbourne.

You must be fully signed off as a Comprehensive Clinical Assessor under My Aged Care, hold current AHPRA registration, and have demonstrated experience in aged care assessment and care planning.
