Plena Healthcare is seeking a qualified Dietitian to provide mobile dietetics services in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community. You will work under the Dietetics Team Leader and deliver person-centred care, educational sessions, and clinical documentation with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Dietetics, current DA registration, Australian working rights, and willingness to travel. Vaccination proof is required.
