HammondCare is seeking a Dementia Consultant to join the national Dementia Helpline in Osborne Park. The role provides expert support to families, carers and care staff over the phone, via Telehealth, and by email.

You will triage referrals, assess clients, and deliver tailored, practical guidance to manage dementia-related behaviours. The position is a Fixed Term Full time contract until 30 June 2028 with hybrid working options, professional development, and access to welfare and wellbeing
