About the Role

Do you have a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Team Leader, working in a small mowing & brushcutting team. Embark on a journey where your love for gardening meets your knack for organisation and leadership.

Responsibilities

- Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.




- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.

About You

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (preferred)
- Working with Children Check and Police Check, (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Drivers' license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
